If you’ve been following this blog or my TCTips YouTube channel, you know that my life’s purpose is all about paying it forward. For years, in my professional and personal life I’ve shared what I’ve learned about life, work, and personal growth — hoping to make the road a little smoother for anyone looking to build a fulfilling career and life.

Until now, most of my content has covered general career and life advice for anyone — whether you’re looking for your first job, changing careers, or just figuring things out. But over time, I’ve come to realize there’s a group that needs our support and encouragement more than ever: young adults who are choosing not to go to college.

This group is often overlooked, underestimated, and told that college is the only way to be successful — but that simply isn’t true.

• Not everyone wants to go to college.
• Not everyone needs to go to college.
• And not everyone can afford to go to college.

What they do need is real, practical guidance on how to build skills, find opportunities, grow their confidence, and create their own version of success — on their terms.

That’s why, starting now, TCTips will also focus on providing resources, stories, and step-by-step advice for young people navigating life and work without a college degree.

Here’s what you can expect;

I believe deeply that everyone deserves a shot at a fulfilling life and career, no matter what their path looks like.
